Face-to-face Lessons

TUITION FEE

Price listed above are for a unit of one class and are in Japanese yen and include 10% consumption tax. Also, they are for lessons from 10am to 8pm. Early mornings before 10am and late evenings after 8pm are available for additional 1,000jpy per 1 lesson for each person.

Each lesson is minimum of 1 hour. After the first hour, longer lessons are available for 2,750jpy/30min. for private lessons and 4,070jpy/30min. for group lessons(2-3people), 7,700jpy/30min. for group lessons(4-6people).

CANCELLATION

There is no cancellation penalty if you notice your instructor earlier than 2 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. If you do so, it can be rescheduled to another date for free. However, if you cancel later than that and also not attending your lesson within the first 20 minutes which is considered as no-show (including having trouble with transportation, sudden illness, and natural disaster) will be charged 100%. 

(e.g., Your scheduled lesson is from 17.00 to 18.00, notifications up to 14.59 can be rescheduled for free but notifications from 15.00 to 18.00 (after 17.20 is considered as no-show) is "Cancellation Too Late" and charged 100%).

Please note that group lessons can only be rescheduled when every student in class notice your instructor earlier than 2 hours prior to the scheduled class. Other cases are charged 100% regardless of your absence.

PAYMENTS-DUE DATE

Tuition fee shall be paid in advance by the unit of lessons you plan to take, 7 business days before the commencement or renewal. 

PAYMENTS-METHOD

Please note that bookings are payable via bank transfer, LINE Pay, PayPay, PayPal, Wise and cash. For bank transfer, LINE Pay, PayPay, Wise and PayPal, your bookings will be confirmed when we receive the receipt of your payment. Please be advised that all bank transfer charges are at your expense and 4,000jpy for wires made from a non-Japanese bank, 5% handling fee (for less than 12 hours) for PayPal will be added. Cash is available for bookings more than 12 hours at a time and once these are made, tuition fees are not refundable and cannot be transferred to your family, colleague etc. 

Online Lessons

Price shown above are for one person in class and are in Japanese yen and include 10% consumption tax. Each lesson is minimum of 1ticket/45min. Longer lessons are available for using 2tickets/90min and 3tickets/135min.

CANCELLATION

There is no cancellation penalty if you notice your instructor earlier than 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. If you do so, it can be rescheduled to another date for free. However, if you cancel later than that and also not attending your lesson within the first 20 minutes which is considered as no-show (including having trouble with connecting to the internet, sudden illness, and natural disaster) will be charged 100%. 

(e.g. Your scheduled lesson is from 17.00 to 17.45 Japan time on 5th May, notifications up to 4th May 16.59 Japan time can be rescheduled for free but notifications from 4th May 17.00 Japan time to 5th May 17.45 Japan time (after 17.20 Japan time is considered as no-show) is "Cancellation Too Late" and charged 100%.)

However, with the instructor's report and our examination, there is a possibility of free rescheduling when there was trouble connecting to the internet during your lesson and 2/3 of your lesson was lost.
